There are no exceptions to be made in this matter. Failure to pay in timely fashion will result in re-listing of item and negative feedback left. We do not ship anywhere outside the US. Our E-bay hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am-3:30pm. We will respond to your e-mail during these business hours. Pick-Ups cannot be made at our business location unless express written approval has been given. PC Solutions will ship only to a confirmed address within the US. Tracking numbers are sent separately through the UPS Tracking System. Please check your spam filter if you do not receive this tracking information. Buyer to pay actual cost for shipping for UPS Ground from our zip code: 11803. Additional handling charge to be added to total based on size and weight. Our policy guarantees the product to be in working condition upon arrival. We accept returns only in the case of the item being DOA (broken or not working). Items have to be in their original condition, not worn, or altered. Any exchange, credit or refund will be for the original price paid, minus shipping, handling and 20% restocking fee unless the item is defective. Merchandise returned for repair and found NOT to be defective by our technicians will have a 20% restocking fee. Non-functional items can be returned for replacement or refund within 15 days of the shipping date. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Consumable goods are not guaranteed to come with the item unless otherwise noted in the item description. Consumable goods include: toner, ink cartridges, bulbs, and batteries. There will be no exception to this policy.
