 With over 25 years in the music industry, The Music Den is a "full line" music store located in nothern New Jersey. We carry brand name band instruments, guitars, drums, amps, keyboards, pianos, accessories and more.
We are a REAL music store. You won't find any phoney, bogus copies when you buy from us. We are an authorized dealer for all the products we carry. Unless stated otherwise in the listing, our items are NEW and are covered by any applicable manufacturer warranties. Items marked as USED do not have warranties, of course.

Notes for USA Customers: |

For USA customers, shipping will be by UPS ground or by USPS Priority Mail depending on the package weight and dimensions. 7% sales tax will be applied for New Jersey customers. Please be aware that it may take 1-2 business days to prepare an item for shipping. You will receive any tracking information via email when the item ships.

Notes for International Customers: |

Not all items for sale by The Music Den are eligible for international sale. Only items marked as "Worldwide" will be sold internationally.
Payment: We only accept Paypal for all international sales and we will only ship to the address used for the Paypal payment. We do not accept money orders, bank transfers, checks, wire transfers, or any other form of payment besides Paypal for international sales.
(NOTE: At this time we do not ship to Italy.We apologize to our Italian customers for this, but unfortunately we have experienced 80% package loss when delivering to Italy and USPS has notified us that the Italian government prohibits the mailing of "Bells and other musical instruments and parts thereof.")
Customs: The customer is responsible for all customs and shipping costs. Under no circumstances will we mark packages as "gift" or in any misleading way to avoid customs costs.
Shipping Costs: Please check the "Shipping and Handling" section below for information on shipping costs to your country. Just select your country from the drop down menu and click "Update" and it will show you the different costs by shipping method. Please be aware that it may take 1-2 business days to prepare an item for shipping. Explanation Of The Different Shipping Methods:
USPS First Class Mail International

First Class is the most popular and least expensive way to ship small items internationally. Items usually ship in an envelope or small box. There is no tracking or insurance available for First Class. Items may take two weeks or more to arrive. We only offer First Class for items under $25.00 USD.

USPS Express Mail International
|
Express is the fastest way to send something internationally. Once they are shipped, most items arrive in 3-5 days. There is tracking and insurance available.

USPS Priority Mail International
|
Priority is less expensive than Express, but it takes longer to arrive. Once they are shipped, most items arrive in 6-10 days. There is tracking and insurance available.

Return Policy: |
To receive a refund for an item purchased from The Music Den via the internet, you must notify the store via email or by phone or by visiting our Ledgewood Mall store within 10 days of receipt of the product. You will recieve an Return Authorization (RA) number which must be visible on the outside of the shipping boxes when you ship the items back. Any items shipped back without an RA will be refused. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Once an RA has been issued, ship the items immediately. Any items not received by the Music Den within 10 days of issuing an RA will unreturnable. Any items returned must be in like new condition with the original packaging or else they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The following items are not returnable: Sheet Music, Software, Strings, Reeds, Drumsticks, Picks, Harmonicas, and Care Kits.
