Warranty: We guarantee this item against DOA and working for 30 business days after received. Batteries not covered by warranty. If for any reason the part is bad, the item will be replaced if we have a like item in stock , if not only then will a refund be issued for the purchase price of the part. We do not refund shipping costs.
If you purchase a part in error and want to return for a refund a 15% re-stocking fee will be charged on the price of the item.
We do not guarantee the following:
1) Consider buyers inability to install or lack of experience and knowledge in order to buy the correct equipment. Be sure you are buying what you need.

2) Inability of a hardware item to function with a specific software or firmware application.
Payment and Taxes: We charge sales tax is the following states, NJ , NC and WI.

3) Purchase Order: If you are an approved Educational, Government, and Corporate customer you may submit a purchase order. Please call us at (732) 542-7300 or email us ebaysales@cds.net and we will fax or email a credit application.
4) Master Card/ Visa/ American Express: Please call us at (732) 542-7300 to pay via credit card. As an alternative to calling, you may FAX your card type, card number, expiration date, name as it appears on the card, complete billing address including apartment number, zip code and phone number to us at (732)542-7342. If you pay by credit card, we ship all merchandise only to the billing address of that credit card.
Non paying bidder: If Payment is not received within 7 business days of auction close, we will contact eBay to leave "non paying bidder" notification. If after 10 days, payment has not been received, we will leave negative feedback and cancel your purchase.
Right to cancel the bid: CDS reserves the right to cancel any bidders who have unexplained negative feedbacks. If you have none or a very little amount of feedbacks we reserve the right to cancel your bid . If we cannot confirm your contact information or be able to speak to you by phone to confirm your intent to follow through on your bid, prior to the auction closing we will also cancel.
Resellers: All resellers are welcome to bid on any of our auctions. Upon your request we can ship the product straight to your customer.
EMC Product: If this is an EMC product, we understand the complexity of its installation and licensing issues. We can help you determine all the cost that you will encounter while installing, licensing and maintaining this product and we can help you determining each of the options above for a fraction of the price. You as a customer need to know more about the EMC product to negotiate a pricing structure with EMC.
Shipping and Handling: The Shipping charges will be incurred by the buyer. We ship most items by UPS Ground. Handling includes packing material, box, labor etc. Next Day and 2nd Day shipping is available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact us for a shipping upgrade quote. We can also ship on other freight carriers on your account number. We will ship internationally to some locations. NO USPS!!! Buyer will be responsible for any custom taxes/duties. Please email us at ebaysales@cds.net for an international shipping estimate. We strongly encourage you to contact us before bidding on our auctions if you need an item shipped overseas - it is very expensive and we want all potential buyers to be aware of the cost involved before committing to a sale.
Feedback: Positive feedback will be given as soon as the buyer receives the item purchased and both parties are satisfied.
