It is helpful to provide us with a ship-to address, the quantity, the specific product you're interested in acquiring, and a timeframe of how quickly you need the item to arrive.  

Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied, sold items are allowed to be returned for a full refund. Items must be returned with the term of 7 days upon receipt and in the original packaging. All items must be in 100% unused condition to quality for a refund. Before returning, please contact driley@tradeshowjoe.com or 866-821-1520 to be provided with an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). The refund will be provided minus any/all shipping fees incurred.
