SHIPPING: USPS will be used to ship the book via Media Mail®. If you wish to receive the book quicker, you may choose Priority Mail® as your shipping choice during check-out.  

PAYMENT: The winning bidder should pay via PayPal or mail payment (money order or cashier's check) within 3 days of the end of the auction.

COMBINED SHIPPING: I will combine shipping on all items purchased within 3 days of the original auction's closing date.
