Welcome to my listing for a brand new and factory-sealed Switching Track for 9V Trains lego set from the 9-Volt Electric Trains series.  This track has metal rails and conducts electricity, allowing it to be used with Lego's 9V Speed Regulator (sold separately); it is the same gauge (width) as the all-plastic track sold for use with Lego's battery-operated RC Trains series, and so is compatible with that line as well.  The 9V Trains series is no longer in production, and as a result the track is increasingly hard to find, especially in unopened condition.

This set contains two switching tracks (one branching right and one left), two switches with which to operate them, and two curved tracks to add to your layout.  Life is all about choices, and with this versatile track your lego trains will no longer be confined to the straight and narrow!  Branch out into a world of possibilities, with no end in sight, or play it safe and head straight for your destination; either way, the future is what you make of it (don't let yourself get sidetracked though; your passengers deserve to get where they're going too)!

This item is available for shipment both within the United States and internationally. Shipping will be through Priority Mail within the U.S., or 1st class mail international to international destinations. The shipping calculator below will give the rate to your location. Due to recent eBay rules changes regarding acceptable payment methods for eBay transactions, payment must be sent through PAYPAL; I would be happy to answer any questions you may have about this payment method. I am currently selling many other lego sets, including several in the 9V Trains series, all of which are new in sealed boxes. If you win multiple auctions, full shipping is owed only for the item with the highest shipping charge. Each additional item ships for its combined shipping rate: $1.00 for a Lego polybag item (consisting of lego set(s) in polybag packaging), or $4.00 for any other Lego or Playmobil item. All the Lego and Playmobil sets I sell are guaranteed to be brand new in unopened, factory-sealed packages (very rarely a factory seal is torn or broken in handling or shipment before the item comes into my possession; while this represents only cosmetic damage to the external packaging, it is always noted in the item description for the affected item).  Because none of the items I sell have previously been opened, in the very rare case of a missing or defective component (in 7+ years of selling Lego and Playmobil sets on eBay, I have never known this to occur) responsibility lies with the manufacturer and returns of opened items will not be accepted for this reason.

Any unopened item may be returned within two weeks of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.  If you plan on returning an item, please contact me first and let me know the reason for the return, as well as the shipping method you will be using.  All refunds will be sent through PayPal to the address from which payment was originally received.  Refunds will not include the shipping charge unless the return is due to an error on my part (for example, if the wrong item was shipped), in which case the original shipping charge will be refunded, and the buyer compensated for the actual postage cost of return shipment (by a standard, non-expedited shipping method such as 1st Class Mail, USPS Parcel Post, or UPS Ground; international buyers should generally return smaller items by standard airmail, and larger ones by surface mail).
