First of all, THANK YOU for reading my listing.  I'm not a business (I have a regular job), & realize that there is an actual person on the other end of the computer (and hope that I receive the same consideration).  I am human, so if I missed something, please email me before leaving feedback!  Please realize that as in most listings for people who are not a “business,” that shipping is not just postage—a small amount also has to be taken into account for some of the “handling” (packaging supplies, labels, packing time, ebay and Paypal fees, trips to the post office); many times I end up taking a loss on an item, because I start with such low bids. (When I read the feedback on other people’s sites, I’ve wondered why everyone does not have the best score of 5 stars for each category—i.e. communication, item description, shipping, etc.—I think it’s because people forget that “shipping and handling” means more than just “postage.”   I consider all of my ebay contacts as 'friends', so I take it personally when things don't go right, and believe in communication, communication, communication!!  Both Buyer and Seller should make ebay a positive experience--we both want it to be a happy one!  As in all things, a few spoil it for the rest, and require that the following notes be included...These "few" are the non-paying, non-responding bidders...or some bidders who have Zero or Less Than 10 feedback (and are unfamiliar with how ebay works, and do not "put themselves in the other person's shoes" before sending demanding emails within a couple days of shipment, wondering where their package is, or leaving negative feedback over a trivial issue--which fortunately, I have not experienced, but I have seen how other seller's perfect feedback is damaged by someone with no real complaint).  THEREFORE:  IMMEDIATE/INSTANT PAYPAL PAYMENT (or within several hours of auction close) IS REQUIRED ON THIS LISTING.  PLEASE NOTE: If Buyer has Less Than 10 feedback, or negative feedback as a result of non-payment, PLEASE do not bid unless intending to pay!  It takes a long time to list an item, and then to relist it again because of non-payment! A WINNING BID IS A CONTRACT, SO PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE & HONOR THAT COMMITMENT.  I ship right away on the Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday after payment has cleared account.  PLEASE understand that once I drop off your package at my post office, that I have no control over when the post office on YOUR end delivers your package.

• Please note that once I send the package, I am not responsible if anything happens to it in transit.  If you wish to have tracking included, please choose 'add insurance' to the invoice. 
• PLEASE allow enough time for the package to be delivered before emailing about its whereabouts (Priority would arrive the fastest.  Parcel Post may take 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS to arrive, but is often sooner).

I try to describe things as accurately as I can; please email with questions before leaving feedback, because I strive to maintain 100% positive feedback/satisfaction.  I believe Buyers/Sellers working together should ALWAYS give/receive POSITIVE FEEDBACK, so after you have left Positive Feedback for me (so I will then know that you have received the item), I will leave Positive Feedback for you.  I am fair and easy to work with, live in a smoke-free and pet-free home, treat people with respect in person, and I do the same online...and hope to receive the same courtesy.
