The item is located in Whitby, Ontario, Canada, and we will ship it anywhere in Canada or the United States. Pickup is available at our office in Whitby, Ontario (401 & Brock Street). There is a fee of $5 + tax if you choose local pickup.

Due to the nature of this item, returns are not accepted unless you have received the wrong product as a result of our error (however, this never happens).

Please note that Canadian residents are required to pay 5% GST and residents of Ontario are required to pay 5% GST and 8% PST. Residents of the United States are tax exempt.
