General shipping terms.

Smaller items are shipped Fedex Ground.  Seller will pay for insurance for Fedex shipments only.  (full purchase value)
In cases where Fedex shipments get damaged, seller and buyer must work together to file a claim with FEDEX.  Seller is in no way responsible for damages, refunds, replacements, or repairs.  All claims must be filed with FEDEX.  Buyer will not hold seller responsible for FEDEX damaged items.  We package all our items according to the guidelines outlined by Fedex.   Seller will not refund buyer for Fedex damages.  Buyer must file a claim with FEDEX and get reimbursed from FEDEX.

 

Larger items such as equipment and items over 140 lbs are shipped by freight.   We normally use our own account to ship freight but buyer has option to use their own freight company.   INSURANCE FOR ALL FREIGHT SHIPMENTS ARE OPTIONAL BUT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED due to higher chances of  damages.  Please add  $80.00 for insurance which covers up to $10,000.00 in value.  In cases where items are damaged during freight, buyer must have purchased insurance to pay for the damages.  If insurance is not purchased, then buyer is taking 100% risk/chance of damages and seller is in no way responsible for damages, refunds, replacement, or repairs.  Buyer will not hold seller responsible for freight damages.   Seller and buyer must work together to file a claim with the insurance company to get reimbursed from the insurance company.

*  PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS AFTER THE END OF THE AUCTION.   If payment is not received by the 7th day, we have the right to resell the item to the next highest bidder or to a local buyer, also we are no longer obligated to sell to the current highest bidder.
*  Look carefully! The item pictured is the actual item you are bidding on.  If you have any questions, please ask before bidding.  If it's not in the pictures, it's not included in the auction.   Used equipment will show normal wear and tear, shows scratches, dents, may need cleaning, adjusting, tuning, etc. before putting to use.
*  We do not offer shipping discounts or handling fee discounts.  For example:  If a buyer purchases 3 items from us at $10.00 each and the s+h is $6.00 each.  Then the total is $30.00 + $18.00 s+h = $48.00.  We can combine shipping so you receive the items all at once but we do not offer discounts for s+h.
*  We offer a 30 day parts warranty that covers the cost of parts needed for repairs. Cost of repair labors are NOT included in the warranty. The only way your purchase is eligible for the 30 day parts warranty is if you purchase the item at the “buy it now” price. The 30 day parts warranty begins on the day the item is received based on delivery confirmation, or the day the item is picked up from us. If you are a local buyer, within 25 miles of our warehouse, we can install the parts for you.
We do not offer any form of warranty for items purchased at the starting bid, at auction price, best offers, or at a discount. The item is sold “as is” with no warranty. All sales are final in exchange for the discount. For example: We sell Bakers Pride Y600 ovens for $4,500 per deck. If purchased at the “Buy it now” price of $4,500, the oven will be under warranty for 30 days. Only costs of parts needed for repairs will be covered, NO REPAIR LABOR FEES! If we auction it and start the bid at $0.99 and you win it for $450.00, it is sold “as is.” We can not warranty anything sold at auction or anything sold at the starting bid price because there is no determined purchase price. 
*  In the case where a refund or partial refund, repair, or a replacement is to be issued,  Product must to sent back to us for inspection.  Once we receive the product, please allow 48 hours for us to inspect it.  Once approved, the refund check will be sent out.  Also, positive feedback must be left prior to sending out the refund.  (We do not think it is fair for us to send out a refund only to receive a negative feedback).  This is done because we are not the owners of the products.  We must show / communicate with the owners and the buyers and works something out.  We are only the middleman/broker.
*  You are welcome to come and inspect the items and test the items we sell prior to bidding.  Please contact me to arrange a meeting.  
*  Sales tax of 9.25% applies to all California sales and local pickups.  Yes, even if you are registered in another state, if you pickup, tax APPLIES. 
*  We offer a 3-day money back guarantee only on the items which are "grossly not as described" with the following conditions:
*  Buyer is responsible for all repacking, shipping and insurance charges for returns.
*  Buyer agrees to a 25% restocking fee.
*  Items must be returned in original condition.
*  Large or heavy items that were banded to a pallet and shrink-wrapped must be returned in the same manner.
*  Refund shall be made on the item purchase price ONLY and does not include any shipping and handling charges.
*  We do not accept returns for any other reason such as buyer no longer needs it, buyers never put it to use, etc.  All sales are final unless the item is "grossly not as described".
*  Buyer has 3 days to inspect and/or test product. In case product does not opporate as advertised, buyer MUST notify seller within 3 days after receiving product.  Another words, if buyers contacts seller after the 3rd day, all sales are final and seller is no longer obligated to offer a refund or repair or exchange product.  All items are sold "all sales final".  It's the buyers 100% responsibility to inspect the product within 3 days.  Seller will NOT accept any excuse or exceptions.  If buyer contacts seller after the 3rd day, buyer holds seller no responsibility to refund, exchange or allow return of the product.    
*  By bidding, you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions of this auction.
