Lost or Damaged Items
If your item is lost in shipping please contact us within 30 days of making your payment so that we can file an insurance claim with the carrier. If your item arrives damaged, you must notify within 5 days of receiving the item so that we can file an insurance claim with the carrier. After we initiate a shipment claim with the carrier and we can than issue a refund or replacement shipment. |

This telescope will ship directly from an Authorized Meade Dealer. The telescope is brand new, it is not refurbished and it is not reconditioned. As a result, the full origianl factory warranty applies. That is a standard 1 year warranty against defects. |
