· Shipping transit time* information is provided by the carrier and excludes delays caused due to customs for international destinations or due to weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
· Carriers provide estimated transit time in business days
o US Postal Service calculates estimated transit time post office to post office (not delivered at destination).
o FedEx does not accept or deliver Ground shipments on weekends.
· Item(s) are shipped ONLY to the address on file with PayPal (No exceptions).
· We reserve the right to upgrade shipping method at no extra cost to the customer.
Shipping Insurance & Signature Confirmation
We are NOT responsible for shipments lost by carriers. For guaranteed delivery, we recommend Shipping Insurance.
· For orders valued at over US$ 50, Signature Confirmation (cost US$ 1.80) is required.
· For orders valued at over US$ 100, Insurance + Signature Confirmation is required.
Packaging
As authorized distributors, we offer only new products in the original packaging with warranty, if applicable. Certain parts & spares may not be available in retail packaging. Manufacturers provide these products to us bulk packaged in polythene bags. Likewise, we use NEW & UNUSED polythene bags to ship these products to our customers. Please see item 9 of Store Policies for details.
