NOTICE:   Currently I am trying to decrease the costs of shipping and handling for the customers, but the cost is more than I am charging. I did drop the charge for about 2 weeks, only to find the Post Office increasing rates. If people who buy from me keep pushing my stats down because of the shipping and handling charge, then I cannot save them money on this, and will only have to increase the costs. When you leave feedback on a purchase, I would appreciate your understanding, and to give me the benefit of the doubt on the shipping and handling charges. Ebay has this set up to decrease my benefits of selling on ratings while they insist to charge me the fees that they receive on these listings. Kind of unfair in a way. I get lower ranking, and they keep there ranking, and usually increase costs for selling on ebay. I am also looking at alternative ways of shipping. Less packing, and cheaper ways to ship. Sometimes this can backfire since I have not had a package lost as of yet, and have not had a damged packaged received to any customers, so far as I know.  At this point in time everyone gets a tracking number, and the packages arrive rather quickly once payment is received. There is a shipping insurance offered, so it may be of a benefit to some if they have received damged packages in there mail in the past.   
     I would like to let everyone know that I am in the business of selling these items no matter what the final bid will be. I usually have more than one, so if you are wanting to try to get one fast, then I am always open to offers. I will either accept the offer, and set up a private purchase through ebay, or decline the offer leaving you a chance to get it cheaper through the auction. I have had an increase in bidders who are bidding, and winning, and then not paying. This can detrimine my auctions, and cost me money as well, and can lead to a person not being able to use ebay anymore, and perhaps some legal fees if I choose to pursue the non-payer. I have been contacting people who have no feedback, or very little feedback, who are bidding my auctions to ensure they are legitimate bidders, and if you receive an email, I would ask that you respond as soon as possible. It is only fair to the other bidders who are trying to get an item, and keeps my auctions fair to all interested. If I do not hear back from you within a certain amount of time documented in the email, then I could be canceling your bids. I am not into losing money on listing fees, and then having to pay again to try to sell the same item again. If you do not like this policy, then I feel that you should bid on another auction, and avoid bidding mine.
     Shipping, and handling is combined on more than one watch purchased. Please do notify me if you are planning on getting more than one watch from me. The pricing is as follows. Win one watch and pay the total shipping, and handling charges listed such as USA residents of $14.50. The 2nd winning watch at the combined shipping will be an additional $7.25, the 3rd watch will be an additional $3.75, and the 4th and subsequent watches will all be an additional FREE shipping within five days of first auction ending, and notification by you by email of your intentions. Basically the price is reduced by half, and then halfed again until it is free shipping, so international customers can calculate there shipping and handling charges using this formula.
