LOCAL PICK UP:
Most of our items can be picked up at our store location instead of shipped if you are in the Chandler, Arizona Area. Please contact us at (480) 961- 7653 if you would like to arrange pick up of your item at our store in Chandler, Arizona 85248. For large items like furniture and appliances you must call us first to verify pick up location.

An item that is purchased as a local pick up must be picked up within 10 business days of the end of the auction. If it is not picked up, a storage fee of $10.00 per day, per item will be charged unless prior arrangement with the staff of iSold It - Chandler have been made via phone with our staff.

If the item(s) is not picked up within 30 days, we will create a seller account for you and the item will be resold on eBay. The funds of that new sale will be applied to the storage fees incurred and the remaining balance from the sale (if any) will be mailed to you in the form of a check.

All local pick-ups will be responsible for state sales tax + a $5.00 handling fee. If you complete your payment online and pick up your item with in 24 hours of your winning bid we will refund the $5.00 fee back to your paypal account or credit card. Just tell our staff you won it yesterday when you bring in your paid receipt and photo id and we will issue the credit. In the case of an item ending on the weekend it must be picked up by close of business on Monday to be eligible for the credit. We sincerely appreciate your timely pickup of items won.

Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was grossly not as described and/or photographed in the auction. All information contained in this listing is considered reliable.

Buyer must contact us at (480) 961-SOLD or contact us at service.az0205@i-soldit.com to initiate a return within 48 hours of receiving the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/declared value charges. Original shipping & handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

We security mark all items before shipping. Prior to refunding payments, we will verify security markings and compare pre-auction photos of the item.

The iSold It stores are not the owner or seller of these goods, but merely a bailee acting on behalf of the seller to facilitate the sale of the goods by holding the goods until such time as a sale is completed and the goods are shipped to the buyer.
