NEW MISSION4 AMBUSH w/Flamethrower !! Avalon Hill SPI

Sept. 1944. Your squad has been scouting ahead off the division in an attempt to locate German reinforcements reported to be gathering for a counterattack. Your squad has reached a small village at a vital crossroads. Headquarters has ordered you to stay put and report any enemy movement in the area.

 

Rules for the purchase and use of a flamethrower are included in this mission scenario and this thing is devastating, for the Germans and your troop if he gets hit in the wrong place. This weapon is a very nice addition to the Ambush system.

Armored car with Light MG (brand new vehicle)

Halftrack

Motorcycle with sidecar.

Truck...nothing special here.

You also get four mission cartridges printed back to back on card stock, which have been re-formated from scratch because the originals in the Victory Insider were not printed correctly and the mission numbers would not line up in the mission sleeve. These cartridges cover conditions 1-4. I've printed them on hard card stock in black and white with red highlighted numbers as you would expect. The cartridges will need to be trimmed down to fit your holder, I've added dotted lines to assist in the cut. No cuts were made by me so you can make sure they will fit properly in your mission cartridge sleeve.

You must own Ambush to play this module. Some vehicle counters from Purple Heart are used but there are instructions in the rules packet on counters you may use if you don't own Purple Heart.
