Warranties cover one lamp replacement during the 1 year period immediately following the purchase date.

We ship everyday, except weekends and holidays. We ship same day if the sale is completed by 3pm CST. UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes. If you are using a P.O. box for PayPal, you must contact us immediately after payment with a physical street address for delivery or your order may be cancelled and refunded. If ordered using 2nd day air on a Thursday or Friday, the item will not be received until the following Monday or Tuesday. If ordered using overnight on a Friday, item will not be delivered until the following Monday unless you setup Saturday delivery with us. Saturday delivery is $20 extra where available. In the event of a damaged shipment, you are responsible for filing a claim with UPS and they will come pick up the package to start the claims process. We will not replace damaged items that you ship back to us without following proper UPS procedures.
