If you do not receive the item within the time stated above please contact us right away and we will investigate the matter with USPS.  If we receive notice from them that your item was lost or damaged, we will ship out a new phone immediately.

RETURNS

If you receive the item and decide that you do not like the phone, we will accept a return if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Once the item is received by us, we will issue you the refund of the price of the phone minus a 25% restocking fee.
