All items come with a 30 day warranty from the date of shipment against DOA (Dead on Arrival). Any problems upon receipt of the item must be made know to us in writing via e-mail. Please include your eBay user ID in all communication. All defective items will be thoroughly tested for the problem specified by the buyer. At our discretion we will repair or replace the item.

• Once your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is approved we will e-mail you a link to an online RMA form
• Upon the completion and electronic submission of the RMA form you will receive a confirmation page with an RMA number
• All items must be returned in the same condition as received with all accessories
• For your own peace of mind please consider sending the item back via a traceable courier
• Shipping of the item back is the responsibility of the buyer, we ship the item back to you at our expense
• Once the RMA arrives in our warehouse we will process it within 2-3 business days
• New items that are returned in not new condition will be exchanged or repaired for the same item in the same condition returned.

An option of a refund for defective merchandise is available. The refund is equal to the purchase price of the item. This does NOT include the shipping and handling fees. In cases where free shipped was offered, there will be a charge of $14.99 for items shipped to you via UPS and $4.99 for items shipped via USPS. If a refund is being requested for a non-defective item, a 20% restocking fee is taken out of the amount that is being refunded. All items being returned for a refund must be returned in the same condition as received, including all accessories and packaging materials. If any item is missing from the original package a fee will be applied for the cost of the replacement.
