RETURN POLICY:

Within 30 Days of the invoice date Exchange or Return for a refund. Upon receipt of the defective product(s), Poppy9780 will begin to process your refund or exchange subject to availability.  Please allow seven (7) business days to process returns and Two (2) business days from the date Poppy9780 receives the defective product to process an exchange.  Buyer must pay to return the item to us and we will pay to reship it back to you.  Poppy9780 will make every effort to replace it with the same product, subject to availability and the return of the defective one per this policy.

NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: (whether used or unused)

A customer may return an item for an exchange or refund even if the item is in working condition. If a customer does not like the bluetooth then he or she can return it for an exchange for another model or a refund. The refund amount will be the amount paid minus the shipping charges. 

RMA Number: Your RMA will be your eBay username. It is the only way we can pull out your order and proceed with the exchange or refund so make sure it is legible.  You do not need to contact us for a return or exchange. Simply return the product to the below address and include a note with your eBay username and what you would like us to do with it (ie: refund or exchange). All products returned to Poppy9780 without an eBay username will be refused and sent back to the Customer at the Customer’s own expense.
