Accepted Payment Method
• We Only Accept PayPal! We will ONLY ship to your CONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESS at the time of purchase - NO EXCEPTIONS! WE WILL NOT AND CANNOT SHIP TO A WORK ADDRESS, GIFT ADDRESS, OR ANY OTHER ADDRESS. PLEASE KNOW THIS BEFORE BUYING-NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE!

Shipment Method
• Please allow at least 2 business days to process an order (even if you have purchased expedited shipping). Items are shipped and processed Monday-Friday only.
• Tracking information is automatically emailed to the buyer’s eBay email address upon shipment. Feel free to review our excellent feedback rating for “fast shipment” comments.
• Accessories valued at under $25 are sent out USPS First Class Media Mail. No Tracking Number provided and it takes 10 business days for delivery.
• International Customers contact us first to ensure we ship to your country by emailing us at ebay@wirelessauctions.net.
• All international shipments will be claimed at full value. We do not have information on duty fees.

Terms and Conditions
• Exchanges will be honored if item is DOA (Dead on Arrival) or has any defects. Buyer has 7 days to Exchange item IF defective. If you believe you have received something that is not as described for any reason, you will need to contact the RMA department and DO NOT USE THE ITEM.
• If the item is returned with signs of use (scratches, nicks, or any marks, etc..) or any reason other than manufacturer defect (ex. don’t like phone) a restocking fee will apply.
• You must receive an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) before returning any item. The RMA department is open Monday-Friday 9am-1pm PST (California) at 818-765-4555.
• Customers are RESPONSIBLE for confirming compatibility with their providers as we provide bandwidth in each auction, and will not be responsible if an incorrect phone was purchased. We are NOT responsible for internet/web browser compatibility issues. Phones returned for this reason will incur a restocking fee.
• An unlocked phone is guaranteed to make/receive calls and text messages. Internet functions and features (i.e. Pictures Messages and IM) are NOT guaranteed. You may need to contact your service provider for provisioning settings.
• As a distributor of high-end mobile devices not usually sold in the United States, we would like to inform you that manufacturers will not provide warranty support in the US on most of the merchandise we sell.
• Some of our phones are foreign and come with foreign home chargers since they are imported. As a courtesy to our customers, we will include a US charger adaptor for free if necessary. If you received an item with a Non-US charger and no adaptor, please feel free to notify us and we will gladly send one to you.
• FREE SHIPPING ITEMS: A $9.99 handling fee will be assessed to ALL RMA’s. YOU are responsible for return shipping and Shipping fees are never refundable!

Cancellations
• Order cancellations are not guaranteed and must be done on the same day of order. If you decide to cancel your order, you MUST CONTACT US DIRECTLY at 818-765-4555 during our business hours. There are certain restrictions that apply and vary depending on purchase. If your purchase has already shipped you will be charged a restocking fee.
• We will NOT and CANNOT CANCEL ORDERS via email.
