Returns will be accepted ONLY if the item is materially different from that described in the auction listing. (eg. You receive a right handed golf club but bought a left handed golf club.)

Buyers must contact us at service@wesellit.ca to initiate a return within 48 hours of receiving the item. After this period there are no returns. If you are buying this item as a gift, please open and inspect it when it is delivered.

WeSellit will refund the selling price of the item less a restocking fee of 20%. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

If an item arrives damaged:

• Please keep all packaging to ensure claims can be processed.
• Send a detailed description with digital pictures to service@wesellit.ca within 48 hours of receiving the item
• We will issue a claim number to you within 48 hours and do our best to help resolve the situation with the shipping company

If returning an item:

• The item must be shipped with a tracking number via Canada Post or USPS. You must mark "Return to Canadian Seller" on the box and a value of $10. If you mark a value higher then $10, any customs, duties, or brokerage charges will be deducted from the refund.

Note to Canadian Buyers
We will send an invoice through eBay within 12 hours of this item selling. Please wait for the invoice to ensure accurate taxes, and timely shipping of your items.

For items selling for $500US or less (to the US and Canada), payment by PayPal to payments@wesellit.ca is preferred since it is fast, convenient, and allows us to ship as soon as you pay (We can only ship to your confirmed PayPal address if you pay by PayPal). We also accept the following methods of payment: VISA/MasterCard and Cash/Debit (local pick-up only). We do not accept Personal Cheques

If you are satisfied with the transaction we encourage you to leave positive feedback as soon as possible, so we can do the same for you. If you have any issues or concerns with the product, and are considering leaving negative feedback, please contact us first. Negative feedback is usually the result of a miscommunication that can easily be resolved with either an email or a telephone call.

Payment must be received within 7 days of auction ending. After 7 days a non-paying bidder report will be filed to recover costs from eBay, appropriate feedback will be left, and the item may be relisted.

Feedback will be left after the buyer has received the goods, the transaction is complete and the buyer has left feedback.
