The cams (eyes) at '5' and '7' are rhodium-plated and held in place by a set of tempered-blue screws. The crossed hands stemming from them point to registers on either side of the dial. These registers are EOS' sunrise and sunset indicators, which must be reset to the latitude and longitude of your hometown or another location of your choice.
