PayPal & Credit Card payments must be shipped to the confirmed address.

If you place a bid, you agree and understand to the terms of this auction.

• California residents are required by law to add 8.25% sales tax.
• Payment is due with 7 days from auction close, after 10 days we will start the NPB (Non-Paying Bidder Process). You may combine shipping for all auctions ending within 7 days; payment is due within 7 days from first won auction.
• We take our auctions seriously, please do not bid if you do not understand and agree to all our auction terms, we report all non-payments to eBay.  
• Buyer is responsible for any Duty or Customs fees with International shipping.
• If you have any questions or are unsure of item description, please contact us prior to bidding. You can e-mail us anytime or call during normal business hours. 
• Keep in mind we are a business, and are closed on holidays and weekends, all e-mails will be answered the next business day.
• You must send a single combined payment to use combined shipping and start with the highest ship rate, please e-mail if unsure
• We reserve the right to refuse any PayPal or Credit Card payments that are not shipped to a confirmed address, please make sure your payment is confirmed prior to sending payment. We prefer BidPay for International buyers. (Confirmed address is the address registered with your credit card company. Please review PayPal terms & policy form more info about confirmed address.)
• When your item arrives, please post feedback, this allows us to know your item has arrived and the transaction is complete. If you post positive feedback, our automated system will post positive feedback within 24 hours. If there is a problem with your item or shipping, please contact us FIRST before feedback, so we can attempt to correct the problem. If you do not receive an e-mail response by the end of the next business day, we may not have received the e-mail, you can always call us. Most problems can be resolved if both parties communicate with each other. If you post negative/neutral feedback, we will assume there is nothing our company can offer to satisfy you, and the transaction will be complete. We are good standing members of Square-Trade and will always use a 3rd party mediator if there is a dispute.
• Auctions must be shipped; we do not allow store pick-ups on items purchased via eBay auctions.
• You must contact us within 3 business days, if the wrong item has been shipped or if the item arrives damaged.  
• All sales are final on this auction, we do not offer any returns or refunds.
