RETURN POLICY
1. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us prior to the return of any merchandise. We will reject any product returned without an RMA number and return it to the customer at the customer's expense.
2. RMA numbers remain valid for a period of 30 days only. Your RMA number will automatically delete from our system after 30 days.
3. You must return defective items only within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, refer all products to the manufacturer for authorized warranty repair. (Some manufacturers may have stricter return policies.)
4. The customer must ship all returns freight prepaid and double boxed with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes shipped back.
5. You must return products complete with original parts and documentation, along with the original manufacturer's box/packaging. You will not receive a full credit for incomplete returns; they will fall subject to manufacturer's warranty.
6. You may return factory-sealed product in re-sellable condition only at our discretion. We will not consider non-defective opened products for return. For re-sellable products authorized for return, we will credit you with your sales price less a 20% restocking fee.
7. Where applicable, we may impose a fee of up to 50% of the product price for missing parts, documentation, and manufacturer’s box/packing.
8. We will not accept items showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse for return credit. We will issue your credit within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise at our warehouse.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
1. Contact us directly at ebay.marvcollc@gmail.com for an RMA number and shipping address.
2. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box, NOT on the product or manufacturer packaging.
3. You must return products complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box/packaging. 
4. You MUST pack boxes sufficiently, meeting the shipping carrier’s packing specifications.
5. You must ship all returns freight prepaid and double-boxed with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes shipped back.
6. Please return ONLY those products AUTHORIZED for return. We will not issue credit for incomplete returns and/or products not approved for return.
