This item was received in with some electronic store return merchandise without a package. The cord is still in it's original twist tie. There is some minimal cosmetic damage on the front and a ding on the back. We did test it and it works fine. Again, the product appears to have NEVER been “used”, but has some cosmetic blemishes!
