We do not accept returns or exchanges based on fit or change of opinion. Please read the description and measurements completely before making a purchase with us. However, we do guarantee that all items you purchase are brand new and/or in the condition stated in the auction. If for any reason there is a discrepancy between what you received and what is described in the auction, please contact us immediately - your satisfaction is important to us. I am willing in most cases if you are unhappy with your purchase to negotiate an exchange or return if the item is returned unworn and in original brand new condition with tags attached and not smelling of smoke. Free shipping only applies to completed transactions, returned items will have the actual shipping cost deducted from the return and the return shipping costs are the buyers responsability. For combined items of different shipping rates, the highest shipping and handling rate will be used first then smaller items adjusted and applied. All international packages totalling over 4 pounds need to be shipped priority mail.
