Checkout must be completed within 7 days of the close of auction. All payments must be received within this time period, or a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.

Shipping costs for all orders can be determined by the shipping calculator in this auction. All orders are shipped via UPS, DHL, or USPS. Buyer pays ALL shipping and handling expenses as declared in each listing. All items will ship within 3 business days after payment confirmation. We cannot ship UPS to P.O. Boxes. We may require insurance on some higher-value items. Otherwise, insurance will be the buyer's option. iSold It will not be responsible for uninsured domestic or international deliveries!

iSold It reserves the right to choose carrier based on shipping method selected at time of payment. If you need shipping of a particular type (e.g. no USPS or Local Pickup), please contact us so we can adjust invoicing accordingly.

INTERNATIONAL SALES: Where we have indicated that we will ship outside the U.S., then international bidders are welcome. All others should inquire first. International shipments are typically sent USPS Priority Mail International. International buyers are also responsible for any import taxes their country may impose. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. WE DECLARE THE SOLD PRICE ON CUSTOMS FORMS (it is a felony crime not to do so), AND WILL NOT SEND AN ITEM AS A GIFT, SO PLEASE DON'T ASK US TO! If you are not prepared to pay import taxes, then please DO NOT BID!!

LOCAL PICK-UP: If you would like to arrange pick up of your item at our store in Ann Arbor, Michigan, please contact us at isolditaa@gmail.com. Unless prior arrangements are made, local pick-up merchandise MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 30 days of AUCTION END, or it will be considered abandoned. Under all circumstances, items left over 90 days will be considered abandoned.

All items sold AS IS. Most items are not new. iSold It lists items as accurately as possible but we are not experts on the items we sell. Therefore we are not responsible for components or parts or accessories that are or are not (or you believe should be included) with a particular item. It is the responsibility of the bidder to inspect the photos and ask questions before bidding.

We make all efforts to ensure that the products received are as described. If you believe the item you received is not as described in the auction, then notify us within 3 days of the delivery date and return the same item(s) in the same condition for a full item refund. No refunds will be offered if we are not contacted within the three day approval period!  Buyer pays return postage.
