The PM500-4L.100 is a NIB unit that was overstocked from the manufacturer and is sold-as-is. It is a linear stage with 4 inches of travel and 0.1 micron resolution.  This unit can be used as a spare or to upgrade your old PM500 unit. It works with the PM500-C controller.

The PM500 combines highly repeatable trajectory with ultra-precise positioning based on precision-ground surfaces and direct-output metrology – linear glass scale with built in home fiducial.  The stages are built from high-strength stress-relieved aircraft 7075 aluminum and incorporate high-quality crossed-roller bearings. Together with a very low friction preloaded lead screw assembly and a cool running DC motor drive, this provides a reliability of 20,000 hr MTBF.
