Payment and Shipping Terms
SHIPPING: I will ship anywhere and as fast as you would like it. The shipping rate that is on the top of the page is for US shipments within the US, only. So, please ask rates for other countries. Each countries rate is different. I do price my items low in order to account for any shipping charges. For international buyers, I am not responsible for any tariffs or taxes that your customs department may charge you. Within the US, all packages are shipped via Postal Priority with tracking and outside the US they are shipped Global Express with insurance and tracking included in the price. I am willing to ship airmail, but you will only save a few dollars and it will not include tracking and insurance.
PAYMENT TERMS:
PAYPAL PAYMENTS: I ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL FROM THE
US, UK or CANADA. The ship to address must say CONFIRMED next to the payment and it must be covered by paypal seller protection. It must be an address that is confirmed by paypal through their confirmation process and in accordance with seller protection policy. There are no exceptions to this rule! If it does not say confirmed, then the payment will be refunded. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PAY WITH PAYPAL, IF YOU DO NOT LIVE IN THE US, CANADA OR UK!!!.
OTHER PAYMENT METHODS:
If you do not have a confirmed address or you live in countries that I do not accept paypal from, please make sure that all funds are in US dollars.
1. I accept US and canadian postal money orders. I do not accept all brands of money orders, so please ask prior to buying or sending a money order.
2. Bank issued checks (Drawn on US BANKS) are fine, but they take up to 7-10 days to clear. I also accept American Express and Citibank la poste. I ship after the check has been paid to my account.
The fastest and easiest form of payments are Paypal or Postal money orders(US and Canadian).
