Fixed Price Listings: After purchasing an item using the Buy it now option. EBay will direct you to its secure checkout system where you will be able to complete your payment and finalize your purchase. All Purchases made using this method requires an immediate payment via PayPal.

Shipment processing times are 2-6 days longer for unconfirmed addresses. We may also refund your payment from an unconfirmed address without notice and at our discretion, if the address is not able to get confirmed.

ECHECK Orders will only be processed once the payment clears.

INFINITI MOBILE is not responsible for phones not being delivered if full payment is not made as stated. Please do not leave a negative feedback for not receiving a phone based on partial payments.




Parcel Insurance

We usually ship via UPS Ground, DHLor USPS Priority Mail. We will however determine the quickest method between the above methods. If other shipping options are not listed, please contact us for a quote. Transit delays do not constitute grounds for delayed shipments. UPS Ground & USPS Priority shipments are made on Mondays-Wednesdays-Thursdays. Express shipments are made everyday of the week. We do not ship on weekends.

Please note that items shipped via USPS have a shipping label number with delivery confirmation only. USPS does not provide realtime
tracking information on their website in which case, tracking information may not show up on their website. The label number may also show up as invalid and /or non-existent. This does not necessarily mean the item has not been shipped. Because of the fact that we use PayPal shipping to print our USPS labels, a delivery confirmation number that is provided to you after the shipment ensures shipment of the item.

Shipping and Handling will be a fixed cost listed in each auction and is inclusive of delivery costs via the shipping method that is selected.

We do not ship to APO/FPO Addresses.

All international and domestic bidders/winners requiring a specific or expedited shipping method should contact us for a shipping quote prior to bidding on the item. Please include your complete delivery address when requesting a shipping quote

INFINITI MOBILE ships worldwide, but we can only accept PayPal payments from certain countries with confirmable addresses, if this is not available, prepayment via check or money order is necessary.

Parcel Insurance is optional but highly recommended for all items. purchased. If you do not add parcel insurance to your purchase, we will not be responsible for items lost in transit. Our items are packaged well but transit accidents do happen, if insurance is not purchased buyer assumes full responsibility for the damaged / lost item. No refunds will be given for this purpose and PayPal claims of "item not not received" will not be honored.

Delivery

Shipment generally takes place within 4 business days of receiving payment. Our handling time is a maximum 4 business days even if you select faster shipping. If you need the item urgently and select a faster shipping, you can call us at 516.429.7000 and we will do our best to accommodate your shipment.

Item Availability

When Listings are posted, the items are in stock, and should generally be available for shipping within 4 days. If, for some reason our stock happens to be out or there happens to be a problem with the item, when you pay for your purchase, the item will usually be shipped within 7-10 business days. You will be given the option to receive a full refund if this is not the case.

Fees

Handling fees are included in all shipping quotes and include all applicable charges at origin. Parcel Insurance is EXTRA. We are not responsible for items lost and/or damaged in transit if insurance is not purchased. No refunds will be given and no claims will be honored for this purpose.

International buyers are responsible for customs, taxes, and or duties charged by your home customs. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate customs or duties as they are determined by customs in your country.

We offer a 7 day return policy for new products which may have a manufacturer defect. In most cases this will not occur since each of our products is tested prior to the shipment. In the rare case if the item is defective, please contact us immediately. The phones are also checked for contents prior to shipment which is why you may find the boxes have their seal broken. This does not mean the phone is used or refurbished. All our phones come brand new into our warehouse.

Please check cell phone carrier compatibility prior to purchase. Customers are responsible for determining the compatibility of items ordered from us with their wireless equipment and/or service provider. Carrier or wireless equipment incompatibility issues do not qualify as a return. This particularly applies to TRIBAND GSM phones and Bluetooth headsets.

Returns for Bluetooth Headsets / Earpieces: since all items are OEM, they are fully covered under the manufacturer's warranty included with your purchase. Even DOA items would be covered under this return policy. Buyers are required to check product compatibility prior to purchase. NO returns will be accepted for OEM products. Please contact us if a receipt is required by the manufacturer for your purchase.

All returned items MUST be brand new, factory sealed and unused, open boxes can only be exchanged with no use on timer.

Actual Cell Phone may not have the exact details or there might be a slight color variation as compared to the picture.

Please keep ALL Packing material and documentation in the event your equipment has to be serviced, repaired or returned.

All returned items for refund are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee (no restocking fee on defective products or exchanges). No exchanges on used items.

We will not cover return shipping charges on damaged and defective products. Shipping & Insurance fees are Non-Refundable.

All returns, for any reason, must be double boxed with all manufacturer's packaging and blank warranty cards, instruction booklets and all other supplied accessories.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and the customer assumes responsibility for the package until it arrives at our location. You must CONTACT US via email at infinitimobile@yahoo.com and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any merchandise to us. The item must  be shipped  within 7 days of a Return Authorization being issued otherwise it  is considered invalid and we may return it back to you

INFINITI MOBILE is not responsible for returned packages if lost or damaged en route to us by shipper. All returns should be shipped via an insured and traceable method to ensure that it is delivered and not damaged in shipment.

INFINITI MOBILE is not responsible for any network dependent features or any firmware related issues. Since these phones are not carrier branded, they do not come with any carrier related firmware. Customers are responsible for ensuring the product compatibility with their network operator / service provider i.e. Picture Messaging / GPRS / EDGE / Wireless Internet / Text Messaging / Data Transfer. Customers are also responsible for configuring their devices for carrier specific Picture Messaging / GPRS / EDGE / Wireless Internet / Text Messaging / Data Transfersettings. Returns will not be accepted if customer is not able to configure carrier settings. However, we will do our very best to assist you in configuring the phone.

As a distributor of unlocked mobile phones usually not seen on U.S. soil, INFINITI MOBILE regrets to inform that manufacturers will not provide warranty support in the U.S. on most of the phones and/or devices we sell. In the rare event that the mobile you purchased from us is endorsed by an U.S. carrier, you will be able to submit it to the U.S. manufacturer for warranty repair.

Additionally, certain features may not be activated by your service provider, and/or their network settings may limit the feature’s functionality.
