All New Products are covered by our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 7 day return policy for new products which may have a manufacturer defect. In most cases this will not occur since each of our products is tested prior to the shipment. In the rare case if the item is defective, please contact us immediately. The phones are also checked for contents prior to shipment which is why you may find the boxes have their seal broken. This does not mean the phone is used or refurbished. All our phones come brand new into our warehouse. Please check cell phone carrier compatibility prior to purchase. Customers are responsible for determining the compatibility of items ordered from us with their wireless equipment and/or service provider. Carrier or wireless equipment incompatibility issues do not qualify as a return. This particularly applies to TRIBAND GSM phones and Bluetooth headsets.
Returns for Bluetooth Headsets / Earpieces: since all items are OEM, they are fully covered under the manufacturer's warranty included with your purchase. Even DOA items would be covered under this return policy. Buyers are required to check product compatibility prior to purchase. NO returns will be accepted for OEM products. Please contact us if a receipt is required by the manufacturer for your purchase. All returned items MUST be brand new, factory sealed and unused, open boxes can only be exchanged with no use on timer. Actual Cell Phone may not have the exact details or there might be a slight color variation as compared to the picture. Please keep ALL Packing material and documentation in the event your equipment has to be serviced, repaired or returned. All returned items for refund are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee (no restocking fee on defective products or exchanges). No exchanges on used items. We will not cover return shipping charges on damaged and defective products. Shipping & Insurance fees are Non-Refundable. All returns, for any reason, must be double boxed with all manufacturer's packaging and blank warranty cards, instruction booklets and all other supplied accessories. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and the customer assumes responsibility for the package until it arrives at our location. You must CONTACT US via email at infinitimobile@yahoo.com and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any merchandise to us. The item must be shipped within 7 days of a Return Authorization being issued otherwise it is considered invalid and we may return it back to you INFINITI MOBILE is not responsible for returned packages if lost or damaged en route to us by shipper. All returns should be shipped via an insured and traceable method to ensure that it is delivered and not damaged in shipment. INFINITI MOBILE is not responsible for any network dependent features or any firmware related issues. Since these phones are not carrier branded, they do not come with any carrier related firmware. Customers are responsible for ensuring the product compatibility with their network operator / service provider i.e. Picture Messaging / GPRS / EDGE / Wireless Internet / Text Messaging / Data Transfer. Customers are also responsible for configuring their devices for carrier specific Picture Messaging / GPRS / EDGE / Wireless Internet / Text Messaging / Data Transfersettings. Returns will not be accepted if customer is not able to configure carrier settings. However, we will do our very best to assist you in configuring the phone. As a distributor of unlocked mobile phones usually not seen on U.S. soil, INFINITI MOBILE regrets to inform that manufacturers will not provide warranty support in the U.S. on most of the phones and/or devices we sell. In the rare event that the mobile you purchased from us is endorsed by an U.S. carrier, you will be able to submit it to the U.S. manufacturer for warranty repair.

Additionally, certain features may not be activated by your service provider, and/or their network settings may limit the features functionality. Always contact your service provider about feature availability and functionality.
