International Shipping Notes

• In accordance with US law, we must declare your package as merchandise and note the actual winning bid price as the value. We appreciate your business and are very sorry for any inconvenience or expense that this might cause. Please contact your local post office or customs office to estimate customs charges to import your items from the USA.
• DeCalo Fashion international shipping charges do NOT include country specific custom taxes, duties, and/or broker fees. These fees must be paid by the customer directly to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery.
• DeCalo Fashion uses the most economical shipping methods for international packages. Unfortunately, no tracking number is available for these methods. We would be glad ship your item using USPS Global Express Mail, which comes with a tracking number for an additional fee.
• Please note that while estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days, it is our experience that some packages may take 3-5 weeks to arrive due to custom clearance at the destination country.
• We cannot ship to an international PO Box.

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply ship the item back to us in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 90 days for a full refund, less shipping costs.
