This is a gorgeous sweater or stretchy top by Liz Claiborne. It's very stretchy, being 94% cotton and 6% elastane. It is so soft, you won't even know you have it on. It has a sexy wide neck with a feminine tie. This will be perfect for the office holiday party or even for New Year's Eve. It's size 2X and retailed for $45.

It's stretchy but I'll give the measurements unstretched.
