Measurements taken with the item laying flat. Chest is distance between underarms not doubled. Length is from top of mid shoulder to bottom hem  or top of waist to pant hem Sleeve length is from outside seam from cuff to shoulder seam. Waist is across the top of waistband not stretched and not doubled. Shorts/Pants Length is from the side from the top of the waist to the lower leg hem. Inseam is length from inside inseam to bottom of pants Rise is length from top front of waistband to inseam.
