The new feedback system that eBay now has in place is MISLEADING. The new 5 STAR DETAILED SELLER RATING score system is seriously flawed. Scoring the transaction uses 1-5 stars with 5 stars being the highest for different aspects of the transaction.
You can give 3 and 4 stars to show that you are satisfied with your transaction BUT if you do the seller rating is reduced and eBay will charge the seller higher fees for getting less than a total 5 star rating: getting less than a perfect score.
You are penalizing the seller by giving them less than a 5 star rating.
