Purchase/Bidding agreement
By bidding on any auctions from Gamezforless, you (the customer/ebayer) are 100% agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below. Please fully read before bidding. No exceptions once you have placed a bid on our auctions.

Games/Consoles
All new games and game consoles are NON-REFUNDABLE once they are opened and we will not be able to exchange them. All games sold under the condition of "used" or "as is" are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No exceptions, sorry. Please note, the import games for sale are in Japanese, unless otherwise stated. PS2, Xbox, Xbox 360, and Gamecube import Games are only compatible with Asian/Japanese Systems. DS, PSP, and PS3 Import Games are compatible with U.S, Asian, and Japanese Systems.

Local Pick-ups
For the safety of our team members and Gamezforless, we currently do not allow for any local pickups. Sorry about that, but safety comes first.

International shipments (excluding Canada)
Gamezforless is not responsible for any taxes and/or duties associated with international shipments (All shipments other than domestic). Customer is responsible for any and all duties/taxes/tariffs. We serve only as the exporter and DO NOT pay for any of the taxes/duties/tariffs. All BROKERAGE fees are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder/buyer

• Upon winning an auction, an email with checkout instructions will be sent to your eBay registered email address. You MUST complete the order through our checkout system.
• We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Money order, Cashier's check
• If paying by Paypal Echeck, please allow 7-10 days for clearance. Paypal Echeck payments will not be shipped until cleared. We DO NOT accept personal checks
• Payments are expected within 72 hours (3 days) after the last winning auction is closed. Unpaid item and Non-paying bidder alert complaint will be filed with Ebay upon non-receipt of payment.
• If you are bidding on more than one item, please wait for all auctions to end. Perform ONE Checkout after you receive the final email. Once completed checkout, you will not be eligible to discount or combine further auctions.
• California State law requires 8.25% sales tax on all orders made within California

• GamezForLess offers a 30 Day Return Policy. We want our valued buyers to be 100% satisfied, however, certain rules apply to the return policy. The Guarantee does not apply to incompatible or misunderstood ads. GamezForLess reserves the right to determine an exchange or refund for every transaction.

• In order to make an exchange or refund, we need the transaction records of the purchase, an RMA # and you must include the original packaging/retail box and all contents provided
• Opened software, music, games, and movies are not eligible for returns.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• All unauthorized returns will not be accepted!
• Import Games cannot be returned if the description was misunderstood. Please read software/game auctions carefully to see if your console(s) are compatible.
• We cannot accept returns for Dead Pixels due to our suppliers not accepting returns for dead pixel consoles.
