Payment and Shipping:

Shipping is FREE for the "lower 48" Unites States and includes insurance.  We will ship anywhere else in the world for actual shipping costs.  Please e-mail or call for a quote.  Payment must be received within 10 days of close of auction, or seller reserves right to void the transaction.  We normally ship the next day following payment, which can be made with:

• Visa or MasterCard, through our secure business credit card machine.  CALL US DIRECT at 1-800-233-0060.

For those using PayPal, PayPal will send a notification of payment to us and your item will be shipped using UPS Insured Ground Mail.

Credit card payments are accepted through our place of business (merchant account).   You may call our toll-free number at 1-800-233-0060 (1-217-453-2417) or e-mail your information to grrgc@frontiernet.net .   We will include a copy of the credit card receipt in your shipment and your statement will reflect your purchase from "Great River Road Golf Club".

International customers are welcome and pay the actual UPS shipping charge.   Please know that the postal service has length restrictions to many areas and we may not be able to ship to your country.  Contact us for a shipping quote and preference (surface or air mail) PRIOR TO BIDDING.  Deliveries take anywhere from 10 days to 4 weeks with price ranges from $20 to $100.  We do not pay any import duties or taxes and are unable to predict how much these charges may be.   Please contact your customs office for more information.

Returns and Insurance:

Insurance is included with every purchase!  Please e-mail with any questions and include the title of the item before you bid.  Items have been described to the best of our ability.  Returns accepted if we are notified within 10 days of our shipping date.  The item must be returned unused/undamaged, in the original box, and only after our acknowledgement.   Buyer pays return shipping and there will be a $5 restocking fee deducted from your refund amount to cover the costs of eBay relisting fees.
