We accept only Paypal as payment.  No other payment options are available.

We do not accept any other means of payment other than Paypal.

If payment is made by check through Paypal, it may take upto 5 business days for payment to clear.  No item will be shipped unless payment has been cleared.

All items will be shipped within 1 business day.  We are closed on weekends, and no orders will be processed on weekends. 

USPS First Class Mail takes anywhere between 2 to 7 business days for delivery.

USPS Priority Mail takes anywhere between 2 to 3 business days for delivery.

Expedited Shipping will be shipped by either USPS Express Mail, or UPS, whichever is faster, and takes 1 business day.

If you wish to purchase multiple items, they will be shipped together.

For in store pickups, you must purchase the item on Ebay and pay via Paypal.  Then you must notify us via email that you intend to pick up the item.

We do offer exchanges for any item that we have in stock.

If you receive a defective item, we will exchange it as soon as possible.
Any defective item, or for any exchange, you must return the item to us before we can reship another item out. 

All batteries, chargers, phones, and PDA's are all verified with serial numbers before we can proceed with exchanges.  If we receive an item back with a serial number that is not in our database, we will discontinue any correspondence and will not ship out a replacement.
