Combined Shipping:
When possible, Zoo Avenue combines shipping for items won and paid for together within 7 days of your original purchase. There is no need to email us to advise us that you are bidding on other items. Please DO NOT check out until all auctions on which you are bidding have ended. Once you use our checkout process to pay, your order is automatically delivered to our shipping department for processing, and combined shipping rates on additional items will not apply. Please do not, however, wait more than 7 days to pay for any order, as this will result in your order being canceled, your item relisted, and our system automatically filing for non-payment with ebay so we may recoup our final value fees.

Payments are processed in the order in which they are received in our shipping department, most often the day after payment clears. Shipping occurs Monday through Saturday excluding all holidays. Frequently, your shipment will go out the day after your payment is received, but will always be processed within 3 business days.



Insurance is optional and available on all of our auctions that do not already include insurance in the shipping cost. USPS fixed insurance rates can be added during your Paypal checkout process.
