Payment, Postage and Returns

Payment

v   Payment methods accepted - PayPal, Bank Deposit or Money Order Only

v   Winning Bidder is requested to make contact within 3 days and payment made within 5 days.  If, for some reason, buyer is unable to pay within this time frame please let me know.

v  Please use your ID OR ITEM # AS A REFERENCE when making bank deposit payment. If you are unable to leave either of these please email me and let me know what reference was used during payment.

Postage

v    All parcels will be despatched within 1-2 days of your payment being "cleared".

v  Unless otherwise requested item will be mailed using regular postal services.  Registered mail or postal insurance is available at an extra cost to the customer. 

v  Note most items packaged in padded or tough bags (included in postage cost) to try and ensure delivery without damage.

v  Insurance is recommended as I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage once the item is posted - I do however try to pack items securely before posting to assure no damage.

v  Insurance optional additional $3.00 if requested.

v  I am happy to combine purchases to reduce postage costs.  Please contact me for the cost of combined item postage.

v   COD if delivery arranged in local area.

Returns

v   If buyer believes items fails to meet description please contact me within 7 days of receiving item to discuss return options.
