I have never had a rug arrive in anything but perfect condition! I take the extra time, care and expense to professionally and securely package each rug, check my feedback. I don't recommend buying rugs from catalog scans. I photograph my rugs for accuracy. I had several of these and took a picture of one of them, all being very close to each other and to this picture.

This is a brand new , never used FIRST QUALITY rug. It is only opened for the photograph. It is not an overstock or catalog return or leftover or bought at a salvage store. Other sellers on ebay are selling imitation braided rugs, that are made with factory leftovers, remnants and scraps of all kinds even polyester rope insert. My family has been in the flooring business for 40years and I know rugs.
