We want you to be happy with your purchase and transaction. If you are not happy we ask that you return your purchase and give us the chance to make it right for you. You have a full 7 days from delivery date to return the product to us for a full refund, minus shipping, handling and or any insurance fees.
We understand that in some cases you may want to return the item for a refund or exchange. Here are our guidelines to make the process of returning an item as easy as possible.
- When your parcel arrives, examine your item and, if your item has arrived damaged or is not correct, please contact us immediately. You MUST contact us first for return instructions . Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receipt.
- The returned item must be in our possession within 30 days of the date you received the item and sent back to us via Registered mail. Please let us know the tracking number once the item is shipped
- Returned items must be in their original condition, not used or altered.
- Shipping, handling and any insurance costs are non-refundable.
- Returns may take 2 to 3 weeks to process. We seek your patience.
- All returns will be processed through the original payment source, which will be PayPal.

I am really pleased to be able to offer this ring again. It has been a great seller and when I ran out found that they had discontinued the ring. I had a large quantity made up especially for us so I am able to offer it again. The dimensions of this ring as described are for a size 13. This ring comes in sizes 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11,12 and 13 with the individual dimensions reflecting the change in size proportionately. This ring pewter and is lead free. The finish on the ring has been hand polished and brought to a highly polished surface. Pewter by nature is not a fine metal and adds to the old world look by it's imperfectly finished surface. Each ring is different from the next, but all nicely finished.
Shipping Details To keep things simple we charge a flat rate on shipping to all buyers.

Important information. International shipping is available and we do ship to other countries. Please e-mail for any restrictions that your country may have. Mail Tracking
All parcels have tracking numbers. The benefit of the tracking number is to be able to tell when the item went to the Postal Office, when it left and when it was delivered. It is also good for reporting a lost parcel for submitting a claim.
