This unit is a DOUBLE DIN, special fit 4-inch height unit. By purchasing, you confirm that your vehicle's dash opening is compatible with this unit. Many vehicles do not require an install kit and the unit can easily replace the factory unit, while some vehicles may require alteration and custom installation to mount the unit. We are not responsible for additional installation charges that may be incurred. Any cancellations or returns due to incompatibility will be subject to a restocking/cancellation fee of up to 15%.
We will waive the restocking fee if the item is returned unopened with our quality control seal intact and the item is exchanged for another item that is equal or greater value. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS LIMITED WARRANTY
Sonic Electronix warrants Pioneer electronic products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1-year from the date of original purchase with receipt. Should service be necessary under this warranty for any reason due to manufacturing defect or malfunction during the warranty period, Sonic Electronix will repair or exchange (at its discretion) the defective merchandise with equivalent merchandise at no charge apart from shipping costs to and from our company. Warranty replacements may have cosmetic scratches and blemishes. Discontinued products may be replaced with more current equivalent replacement products or store credit will be given if no replacement model is available. The amount of store credit will be equivalent to the most recent listed price of the product.
This warranty is valid only for the ORIGINAL PURCHASER and is not extended to owners of the product subsequent to the original purchaser. Any applicable implied warranties are limited in duration to a period of the express warranty as provided herein beginning with the date of the original purchase at retail, and no warranties, whether express or implied, shall apply to this product thereafter. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties; therefore these exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; however you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
Prior to returning defective merchandise to Sonic Electronix for warranty, the customer must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may request an RMA number via Internet at http://ebay.sonicelectronix.com/. Upon logging into your account online, simply choose “Return Merchandise” and you will be required to complete a small form. You may also request an RMA by phone at 1-877-289-7664, ext. 291 through our warranty and returns department.
The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package. If no RMA number is included on the outside of the returned package, our receiving department will refuse the package. For electronics returns, we request that the complete electronic product is returned along with all harnesses, adaptors, and any accessories related to the operation of the product being returned. If we are unable to reproduce the claimed defect, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense. The return of functioning items and accessories may increase your return freight charges; however, it also increases your chance that your product’s defect will quickly and correctly analyzed and all problems will be resolved. Non-defective items received will be returned freight collect or must be paid by the customer prior to return shipment.
Packages returned to Sonic Electronix must be prepaid; items sent freight collect, or COD, will be refused.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ELECTRONICS SERVICE TO BE COMPLETED?
Electronic Repairs: Sonic Electronix strives to maintain a goal of 8 weeks for complete repair service on all electronics repairs; however, the exact time will depend on uncontrollable variables such as necessary replacement part orders or multiple repair facilities’ involvement. Due to these variables, repair times may at times exceed 8 weeks. We will make every attempt to notify you if any such issues arise.
Electronic Replacement: If your return qualifies for a replacement, Sonic Electronix strives to maintain a goal of 72-hour service for all electronics returns (source units, CD players, amplifiers, sound processors, electronic accessories, etc). Delays may be incurred if lack of replacement inventory or parts is encountered. We will make every attempt to notify you if such a backorder occurs.
We provide a warranty on nearly all of the items we sell. This should factor in as you comparison shop as other eBayers sometimes charge for a warranty, do not offer a warranty or sell non-new merchandise.
Please do not forget to include your CAR MAKE, MODEL, AND YEAR in the PayPal "Add Instructions to Seller" section. If you do not wish to take advantage of this offer, please put "no kit needed" in your notes.
