CONDITION GUIDE
We sell mostly new products with a few used ones. Each of our products will have a condition listed in its description. Here is a helpful guide for our products condition.

*New: Brand New with or without tags. Never washed or worn.
*Like New: Appears new. No signs of wear. May have been washed or worn.
*Great: Previously worn with little to no signs of wear.
*Good: Previously worn with some signs of wear.
*Fair: Previously worn with lots of use left. Shows lots of wear such as fading, fuzz, etc or may have a stain(s).

PAYMENTS
Payments in US funds ONLY
Please reference the item number and any special requests (if any) with payment.

* Cashier Check
* Credit/Debit Cards: through Paypal only
* Money Order
* Personal Check: ONLY if Feedback has no previous payment issues with previous sellers. 2 week waiting period for check to clear. DO NOT SEND BAD CHECKS. A $20 Returned Check FEE will be due if your check bounces.
* PayPal: MUST have a CONFIRMED ADDRESS.

Payment must be made within 7 days of close of auction. We reserve the right to re-list the item after 7 days if no payment is made and file for non-paying bidder status, but will work with you if you email us and let me know when to expect payment.

SHIPPING
Ship Worldwide
Items shipped within the US will receive delivery confirmation #. Winner pays for all shipping and handling costs. Items are shipped daily. Carriers used are UPS and the USPS. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We not responsible for an item (lost or damaged) once it has been given to the Carrier. Insurance is highly recommended.


REFUNDS/RETURNS
All sales are considered FINAL on both new and used items. If an issue arises with a new item, it will be viewed case by case. We must be notified within 2 calendar days of receipt of item.

Returned items must be received within 14 days from the delivery date. Items must be returned in the exact same condition as when we placed them in the packaging. All items will be inspected upon receipt. If item is altered in any way and/or received after 14 calendar days, the request for a refund will be denied.

If a refund is granted, it will be the final bid price ONLY. Ebay will be notified that the transaction was mutually canceled. ALL Shipping and Handling costs are the responsibility of the Buyer and will not be refunded. If you receive free shipping, your refund will be the Final Purchase Price minus a 20% restocking fee.
