NO sales tax for items sold/shipped outside of VA. 5% VA sales tax applies to all items sold/shipped in VA. NO handling fees other than applicable shipping charges.

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE. Depending on the item, we ship USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping charges will vary according to destination, urgency (first class vs. UPS Next Day Air, etc.) and amount of insurance required for item.
Delivery
We ship every day except for Sunday. We will ship your item within 48 hours after clearance of payment. (If the 48 hours after clearance of payment falls on a weekend, we will ship first thing Monday morning.)
Refunds & Returns

If the instrument has any damage, scratches, has been tampered with, no refund will be given.
