International Buyers

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Auctions / Transactions

We reserve the right to cancel bids or transactions from buyers with low, no, or negative feedback.
We reserve the right to end our auctions early.

Should the buyer need to cancel the transaction after auction’s close for any reason, the buyer is responsible for a cancellation fee not to exceed 10% of the winning bid.

Winning Bidders must respond and make payment arrangements within 8 days of auction closing. If you do not contact us, eBay will be notified, resulting in negative feedback and/or other appropriate action.

Shipping

We ship via UPS and USPS. The shipping quoted at the top of this listing is for the lower 48 US states only.  Additional charges may apply for US Territories, Hawaii, Alaska, and International orders.

Warranty

We warranty all of our products for 7 days, unless otherwise stated in the auction listing. You should report any defects within 7 days from delivery for us to proceed with the replacement or refund process. 

Discount

We offer a 20% discount off total shipping price on combined items that are shipped together.  It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping discount is applied prior to making payment.  The opportunity for discount ends upon receiving payment from the buyer for all items to be combined.  We cannot apply discounts retro-actively.

Feedback

Feedback is left for transactions upon receipt of feedback from the buyer.  If you are satisfied with your transaction with us, please leave your comment; we will respond in kind.

Returns / Exchanges

All returns must be pre-authorized. Please read the listing before bidding, and if unsure, email us with questions. Shipping and Handling will not be refunded unless there was an error on our part. Items with Free Shipping and Handling will have a restocking fee of at least the actual cost of shipping the item. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the transaction price of the item. No Refund after 7 days. No Exception.
