ADVANCED INTERNATIONAL TRADING TERMS OF SALE

These terms are  for the item shown above. We agree to package all products securely, and to ship the products to you.  If you have any doubts, questions and/or concerns about any of the above item's, description, or pictures, ask questions before bidding.

Payments - We accept only VERIFIED PayPal accounts, and ship ONLY to the registered address on that account. We accept credit card payments only through  PayPal, PayPal & BidPay payments should be directed to Sales@Advancedint.com We also accept Money Orders and Certified Bank. Checks Personal Checks will be held for 10 days. All Payments are due within 5 days of the auction ending.

Specifications - Our specs are based on the manufacturers specs information. All items will have a full detail description.

Your bid is a legal contract - A bid on our auction states that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of our terms and statements, as well as having read and agreed the eBay's user agreement terms. We have the right to void the transaction if terms are not met, and/or payment is not received. In the case of a bidder that does not follow through on his/her bid, we will file a NPB against the bidder, and eBay suspension may follow.

Feedback - We post positive feedback for every successful transaction. If you're 100% satisfied with our service and your purchase, please leave us positive feedback. We will be glad to do the same for you.

Warranty -  If the Equipment fails to function in conformity with the manufacturer's specifications, Customer shall have the right for a period of 90 days from the date of receipt to return the Equipment to Supplier for repair. Customer shall pay the delivery charges to Supplier and shall specify to Supplier the defect or defects. Supplier shall pay the delivery charges for the return to Customer of the repaired Equipment. This limited warranty shall not apply if the Equipment was damaged, misused or abused by Customer.

Privacy Policy - Rest assured your information will not be given, sold, rented or loaned to any third party.

Disclaimer of Liability - Seller does not manufacture any of the Goods sold and disclaims liability for any injury to persons or to property, or other damages of any nature whatsoever, whether special, indirect, consequential or compensatory, directly or indirectly resulting from the use of any of our Goods. Seller also disclaims liability for operation without proper license and/or safety precautions of any machines sold, if such license and/or safety precautions are required by law or regulations of Buyer's residence. If Buyer purchases the order for OEM sales, it is Buyer's responsibility to make sure there is no legal copyright issues with the brand names being used.

Sales Tax - We are a fully licensed wholesaler in California. California residents must include 8.25% sales tax with their payment.

Shipping - We will only ship to your Paypal "confirmed" address. A verified (confirmed) address is the address where you receive your credit card statement. Any Payments with non-confirmed addresses will not be accepted. If you need your product shipped to a work address, please confirm that address with paypal prior to placing your bid.  Hawaii & Alaska residents please contact us for shipping rates. We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses (Military and Navy), We Absolutely CAN NOT ship to your Post Office Box (PO BOX)
