Bill’s Electronic Gear Return Policy:

Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the item must have shipping insurance for the full cost of the item. Original shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.

All returns must be unused / uninstalled and in the original cartons with all accessories, manuals and packing materials. They must be in BRAND NEW, RESELLABLE CONDITION and free from any marking or tape that was not originally on the box when shipped by us (no packing tape, Scotch tape, duct tape, writing with pen or magic marker, etc).  Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

All returns should be double boxes and returned in the original shipping carton it was shipped to you in (or one similar).

Items returned physically or cosmetically damaged will not be accepted for credit. If defective, the item will be repaired and returned in the same cosmetic condition in which it was returned to us in.

All returns require a Return Authorization Number. For a RA Number, please contact us at billiei@comcast.net . All items returned without a RA Number will be refused.
Please Note: The RA Number does not guarantee an exchange, repair or refund of your purchase. The item must be examined by us first to see if it meets the above conditions of return.

We are not responsible for the cost of installation / removal / reinstallation of any returned item. The buyer is solely responsible for these costs.

Refunds will be made to the original purchase Paypal account within 3 days of our receipt of the returned item. Please note that the refund amount will be for the cost of the item only. Shipping costs are not refundable.
