Returns At this time listings are sold "as-is" NO returns and NO exchanges. Exceptions to the rule will be if I seller ship you the wrong phone. If an issue like this occurs and it‘s found that I the seller made an error, then I will refund you 100% including the initial shipping cost however buyer is responsible for the return shipping. You must return the item exactly as it shipped to you and I must be notified within 72hrs of receiving the item (this will reflect on the tracking info when the item was shipped to you originally). You must ship the item back with all of the original contents received and include tracking information in an e-mail. After receiving and full inspection of the returned item I will post full refund via PayPal and or ship the correct item at no expense to the buyer (this is dependent on availability). Payments PayPal is the only method of payment I accept at this time. This protects you the buyer and me the seller. All other forms of payment will NOT be accepted.
