Return Policy
Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 7 days from delivery date. This date is from the delivery confirmation date on your package.
International Insurance claims for damaged items MUST be handled by buyer. We are not permitted to do this on our end by the United States Postal Service. Any international returns will not be processed.
In order to return an item you must contact us for the return address. Item must be received back to us within 7 business day from the day you received your item. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box. There is no restocking fee for damaged or defective products. The Return condition is determined by our facility.
