Please read the below details and terms before bidding. Your bid is a binding contract, so do not bid unless you agree to the auction terms below.

1.) Buyer pays all shipping costs.

            If no shipping costs are listed:

·         Please email us with your zip code for shipping costs prior to bidding.

            If shipping costs are listed (flat-rate or shipping calculator):

·         The price listed is only valid for shipping addresses within the continental United States (lower 48 states).

·         Shipping to addresses in other US states and territories, including but not limited to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO, may cost more. In this case, please email us with your zip code for shipping costs prior to bidding.

            Shipping insurance:

·         For items shipped via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery insurance will be included in the shipping cost.

·         For US Postal Service shipments insurance will be optional at an additional cost. However, we strongly recommend purchasing the insurance as items without insurance will not be covered for damage or non-delivery.

2.) Your shipping address.

For US Postal Service shipments, your shipping address can either be a P.O. Box or a street address.

For FedEx Ground/Home Delivery shipments, your shipping address must be a street address.

And if using PayPal, your shipping address must be confirmed.

3.) Payment Options.

PayPal

·         Your shipping address must be confirmed if you plan to use PayPal.

·         If you do not have a confirmed shipping address, you will have to pay by money order.

Please do not use PayPal’s “message to seller” box to leave important messages. They most likely will not be read. Email us directly.

Money order

·         If you do not wish to use PayPal or you do not have a confirmed shipping address with PayPal, please send a money order. (These can be purchased at many locations, such as Wal-Mart and the Post Office.)

Note: We do not accept personal or business checks. If you send one, it will be returned to you.

4.) California Sales Tax.

Buyers located in California or with their shipping address located in California must pay 7.25% California state sales tax.

5.) No Returns OR Exchanges.

We are not a retail store and do not sell items at retail prices, so accordingly we do not accept returns.

All of our items come brand new from a major retailer’s store shelf unless otherwise stated in the above description.

You should contact the manufacturer to resolve any issue you have with your item (missing parts, item defective, etc.). A short phone call to customer service is usually all that is required. We will do our best to assist you with this, such as providing a sales receipt for warranty coverage if the manufacturer requires one.

6.) Miscellaneous Terms.

Only buyers located in the United States are eligible to bid.

In addition, we do not ship to anywhere outside of the United States.

Payment due within 10 days after the auction ends. Do not bid unless you intend to pay in a timely manner.

Again, do not bid if you do not agree to the terms.
