Shipping:
I always try to ship within 24 hours of cleared payment.  Insurance is $1.90 and is optional but recommended. I am not responsible for any damage during shipping if insurance isn't purchased.
Shipping to Canada is  by Global Air Mail. Canadian packages are only mailed twice a week.

Returns/Refunds:
* We stand behind our products. We will be more than happy to do an exchange if perhaps there is a defect.
* If you would like to do a return, instead of an exchange, a 30% restocking fee and the shipping/handling fees will be subtracted from the purchase price for the refund amount.
* You must contact me within 3 days of when item arrives to be considered for a return/ exchange.
* All items must be returned in NEW condition with all original packaging.
* You must receive an RMA number for any return or exchange. Any package that is returned without an RMA number will be refused and sent back to sender. Thank you.
